We had the chance to sit down with Demegod, one of the hottest rappers in the music industry. He is a young talented guy that has a signature sound which differs him from other rappers on the industry. He has been doing music for a good amount of time and lately he has been seeing his success grow.

- How would you describe your brand in two sentences?
- My brand is art and art imitates life. As a creator I pry my brand on being socially conscious as well as street wise.
- There are hundreds and thousands of other creators who perform, but somehow you managed to pass them and grow yourself as a brand. What differs you from the others?
- Honestly, I would say my uniqueness amongst a saturated market of copy cats
- When did you realize you have a talent for music?
- I started writing poetry first and then sometime in Junior high school I made the decision to start Writing Rap lyrics to instrumentals
- How do you feel with other social medias like TikTok, triller etc?
- I think it’s amazing that indie artist can use these platforms to promote market and connect with their followers with waiting for a major label to do it.
- What social media platform resonates with you the most?
- It use to be Instagram until Facebook bought it out. Now it’s definitely TikTok.

- Are you planning to release any songs in the future?
- I just recently released 2 songs and a poetry book called “If God could Rap”.
- What are the strongest and weakest points you have as an artist?
- Strongest points are my creativity, uniqueness, network, knowledge & experience, courage to just do me and the weak points. I would say are genre, in a industry isn’t checking for conscious rappers at this time. And I’d like to do more collaborations with other artist.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- Serial Entrepreneur, helping other creators reach their goals and follow their destinies.
- What advice do you have for upcoming musicians?
- Persistence over come resistance and never let someone tell you you can’t do it. Stay focused and humble.
